DPC Retreat: Camp Spooky

Welcome to Camp Spooky!

Welcome to Camp Spooky, the first-ever DPC Virtual Retreat – a cozy, creative experience designed to bring the planner community together in a fun, seasonal way.

This event is part of a new chapter for DPC, one that focuses on creativity, connection, and rediscovering the joy that planning and digital art can bring. My hope is that Camp Spooky becomes the start of something special, with more virtual retreats planned for 2026 that celebrate different themes, seasons, and styles of growth.

Camp Spooky is your chance to slow down, play, and reconnect with your creative spark. Whether you’re mixing potions, journaling your favorite fall moments, or checking in around the Campfire Circle, everything you do adds a spark of magic to our community. And as we create together, we’ll unlock new freebies and surprises along the way in the Treat Tent.

Why Camp Spooky Exists

Camp Spooky was created to remind us all that planning and creativity should feel good. It’s a little space to reconnect with your creativity, find inspiration, and share that joy with others who get it. It’s about:

• Building connection with fellow planners
• Finding joy in small creative moments
• Re-igniting motivation in a fun, seasonal way
• Celebrating the DPC community and everything we’ve built together

How it Works

The Camp Spooky event officially runs from Monday, October 20th through Friday, October 31st. However, I will leave the website pages up, so you can get the unlocked freebies and activity materials at any point.

1. Visit each Camp Location below (check-in to the Campfire Circle first for your Starter Pack!) to explore themed activities and start earning candy.
2. Check in daily at the Campfire Circle in the DPC Main Facebook Group by answering the daily prompt – that’s your official “check-in” at camp!
3. Complete activities, share your creations, and join the conversation.
4. Each candy earned adds to the group total – and as milestones are reached, new freebies unlock in the Treat Tent.
5. Check back often to see what new rewards have been revealed!
