
We all have those haunting habits – the ones that keep creeping back into our minds because we know we need them, but can’t quite stay consistent. Maybe it’s moving your body, setting aside quiet time, or getting enough sleep. The Haunted Habit Trail helps you bring one of those habits back to life, one small step (or ghost) at a time.
Instructions
Choose one habit that’s been haunting you – something you know would make a difference if you actually stuck with it. Write it in the “Haunted Habit” box, along with your why for choosing it. Use the 12-day tracker to mark off a ghost each day you follow through. Decorate your page with DPC stickers for extra motivation and a dash of fun. When you’ve made progress on your spooky goal, share your tracker in the DPC Main FB group to earn your candy and inspire other campers!
