These terms apply to everything you download or buy from DPC Digitals at dpcdigitals.com, including digital stickers, planners, templates and freebies. By placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to them.
Digital Products
Every product in the shop is a digital download. Nothing is printed or shipped. After your payment goes through, your download links appear on the order confirmation page, in your order email and in My Library in your account.
Files are made for digital planning apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes and Penly. Please check the product description for the file types included and make sure they work with your device and app before you buy.
Product Usage
By downloading and/or purchasing products, freebies, templates and other digital designs from dpcdigitals.com, you agree to use them for your own single personal use only. You may not duplicate, resell, repackage, alter or offer these digital designs in any bundle without prior written consent. You may not resell any digital design in its original, colored, modified or printed form, individually or in a set of any kind, physical or digital.
All designs, characters (including The DPC Cuties) and artwork remain the property of DPC Digitals and are protected by copyright.
No File Sharing
You may not share purchased or freebie files and/or images with anyone else. If someone is interested in any of our downloads, please point them to the shop, where they can purchase or download their own copies.
Personal Use
Personal use means your own single personal use. You may not use these products in any way that distributes them to others, such as educational use, invitations, mailings or social media promotions. Sharing your own planner layouts is welcome.
Freebies and Giveaways
Free downloads, newsletter freebies and Get Spotted giveaway sets are covered by the same personal use terms. Some freebies are available for a limited time only.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address where required. Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; DPC Digitals never sees or stores your full card number.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued. If you purchased a duplicate item by mistake or are having another issue with your order, please reach out through the contact form. See our Refund Policy for details.
If you are in a region with a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, you agree that your download starts as soon as payment is complete, and that you lose that withdrawal right once the download is made available to you.
